Shoot The Lights Out is a Calgary-based rock band formed in 2017 by lead singer/songwriter, Kris Finch aka “Finchy.” Manitoba-born, Metis, Finchy is known for his powerful vocals, electrifying stage presence and poignant lyrics. 

This rock band also has a country vibe that stems from their Alberta roots and their sound boasts hard hitting riffs, rock solid grooves and powerful vocals. They have been known to sound like The Black Crowes, Alexisonfire and Tom Petty. 

Their most most notable performances to date include opening for two iconic bands, The HEADSTONES and BUSH July 2023, where they rocked the stage in front of over 3000 people.

This is a band to keep an eye on as they’re soon to make a grand entry into the local and national music scene with their iconic sound. Their new, self-titled EP is now available on all streaming platforms.
